Learn More About Nate Hardy
Nate grew up in Durham, NH on the edge of the University of New Hampshire where his father was a professor and his mother worked in the Psychology Department. He joined the Navy and became a Navy SEAL on one of the toughest SEAL teams-Team 6. When Nate came home to visit, he often spoke to UNH athletes and taught them how to be more resilient, tougher and more committed to their sport.
