Frostbite Face-Off Pond Hockey Tournament Partners With OHT
The Frostbite Face-Off 21+ Pond Hockey Tournament will be held at Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, Vermont, January 27-29, 2017.
More About the Frostbite Face-off:
We are a brother and sister duo who grew up playing hockey in rinks and on frozen ponds in Massachusetts. Our love of hockey has inspired us to create and host a new, one-of-a kind pond hockey tournament. After many years of playing in organized pond hockey tournaments we fell in love with the atmosphere and fun of reconnecting with old friends and playing our favorite sport.
We are also very passionate about giving back to those who protect and serve this great country, which is why partnering with Operation Hat Trick made too much sense. We have many family and friends who have served including our brother. We have an opportunity to give back to a great organization while also providing a great event for veterans to come to and enjoy. We will be donating a portion of the profits directly to Operation Hat Trick to benefit wounded veterans.
What we would like to do is have a special discounted rate for teams that have veterans or current public service members on those teams. The discounted rate will be $490 for any team with veterans or current public service members on them. We also will offer the first 5 teams to sign up through this promotion an additional discount of $100. So don't be the 6th team to sign up!
The discount code for the Military and Public Service discount is SERVICE2017. Anyone who registers with that code will receive the $490 rate. The first 5 teams will be notified at the time of their purchase, and they will receive the $100 discount on the price.
Visit frostbitefaceoff.com for your team sign-up. Build your best pond hockey team, and get away for a weekend of competition and comradery in Vermont!
There will be two theme parties sponsored by Labatt Blue Brewing Company. Friday night will be a team jersey and hockey hair competition, and Saturday night will be a Onesie party. There will also be many other great events during the day.
Our venue, Lake Morey Resort (http://lakemoreyresort.com/), is 150 yards from the lake, which means players can walk right out onto the ice. The resort has world class amenities including:
-4.5 mile skate trail
-Cross-country and Nordic skating rental equipment
-And more on site!
So, sharpen your skates and grab your 5 best friends for an unparalleled experience this new year. We hope to see you cutting up the ice or warming up near the fire in the resort in January!
