Operation Hat Trick Introduces a New Video
Hampton, NH - It’s been a long time coming and it was much needed. Operation Hat Trick has launched its first promotional video on its You Tube channel. Created by Heartwood Media in Manchester, NH, this “spot” was created mainly for the Lids promotion that will run in over 200 stores nationwide during the entire month of November-their “Salute to Service” month. Team and generic headwear and apparel by 47 Brand, OHT exclusive provider, will be sold in stores and a portion of each sale as well as the proceeds from the Lids canister program will be donated to OHT. In return OHT will make donations to selected organizations that support the recovery of wounded service members and veterans.
“This video captures the essence of OHT and clarifies what OHT is and does. It invites viewers to make a purchase of their favorite team or generic OHT merchandise and donate to the canister program,” says Dot Sheehan, Founder and CEO of Operation Hat Trick.
“The need is staggering out there. There isn’t a day that goes by where I’m not shocked at what gaps there are in coverage for those struggling with visible and invisible injuries and not being able to live the quality of life so many want and deserve. Shoes for prosthetic legs? Not covered. Service dogs for traumatic brain injured veterans with seizure disorder-not covered. Food in the simulated kitchen for those arm amputees that need to learn how to cut a potato or peel an apple- not covered.”
PTSD is also a very big issue that we as a society are going to be dealing with for tens of decades. Operation Hat Trick is committed to help fill the “white space” that exists to include donating to those organizations that run retreats for veterans dealing with PTSD and trying to acclimate back into their communities and society as a whole”
“I hope this video motivates people to go to operationhattrick.org and buy OHT merchandise. I hope that people will come out and support the Lids initiative and give what they can to those service members and veterans in need”
REMEMBER- A Nation moved cannot become a nation removed. They promised to defend. We promise to support.
